Attorney Profile

Ms. Kennedy brings over ten years of experience in the field of immigration law.  She has represented clients in matters before state and federal courts, U.S. immigration courts, and in matters on appeal. 
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association (AILA).

Kennedy Law Firm participates in various immigrant outreach programs across faiths and communities. In addition, KLF works closely with various U.S. Congressional constituent representatives to resolve difficult cases.

Ms. Kennedy has made many global contacts through serving as a liaison for foreign delegations to government agencies and universities.  Ms. Kennedy  developed her international studies by participating in a youth exchange in the former Soviet Union.  She completed a BA in International Area Studies with an emphasis in Economics and a second BA in French Civilization and Literature. Her graduate level courses in law and economics were focused on international trade, economic development, and international finance. 

She brings to her immigration practice an understanding of what is takes to transplant and conduct oneself abroad.  She studied law at Jagellonian Universitet in Krakow, Poland and has lived and worked in Auvergne, France and Alma-Ty, Kazakhstan.
